His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Khaled bin Thani bin Abdullah Al Thani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dar Al Sharq Group, inaugurated yesterday the new identity of "Al Arab," in the presence of Mr. Abdulatif bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, CEO of Dar Al Sharq Group, and Mr. Jaber Al Harimi, Deputy CEO.
The attendees were welcomed by Mr. Fahd bin Hussein Al Hajri, the Editor-in-Chief, and Mr. Hassan Abdullah Al Mahdi, the Managing Editor, along with the staff of the newspaper.
Sheikh Dr. Khaled bin Thani cut a cake adorned with the "Al Arab" logo, expressing his appreciation for the performance of "Al Arab" and the positive spirit he sensed from everyone. He expressed optimism that the oldest newspaper in Qatar will continue to preserve its heritage while keeping up with everything new in the world of journalism.
This coincided with "Al Arab" moving to its new headquarters in the Dar Al Sharq building and the release of the newspaper's supplement for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup, covering the Asian sports event with numerous exclusive details and interviews that highlight the most famous championship in the yellow continent.
